Who we are:
Hokodo is an Insurtech company looking out for all the SME’s that are being left behind by today’s financial service offerings. We believe that the design and distribution of financial products has been broken for a long time, and we’re on a journey to fix. We believe that our insurance and financing solutions, accessible via cloud platforms and B2B marketplaces, can help them stay alive and grow. We seek to simplify the entire insurance process for these businesses and provide the smoothest user experience possible in what can be a complex field; no paperwork, no hassle, no intermediaries.
We’re currently seed funded, with backing from a well-known venture capital investor. Right from the beginning we cut across geographical barriers and functional silos. Bringing together people from across Europe; the UK, France, Benelux, Germany and Switzerland, our small, tight-knit team combines business and financial services knowledge with deep tech, design and data science skills. We don’t buy the traditional separation between business and technology.
